ANNIE CHIU qualified as a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. Prior to establishing her own practice, Annie had been working in the audit department of Ernst & Young for six years and has extensive experience in auditing listed companies, securities and insurance companies, corporate restructuring, and flotation in Hong Kong. In addition to the audit engagements, Ms. CHIU is sophisticated in a variety of special assignments including due diligence, merger and acquisition, initial public offering, and operational review of business to facilitate improvements in efficiency and effectiveness, control procedures or other specialist areas.
